GIFT OF NATURE

This house is based on the idea of ​​creating a private residence with several terraces. In a very shady, quiet location and views of the city on the sides that have their own vista. Located in a fairly strategic location in South Jakarta as a comfortable resting place environmentally because how much in the inner circle of the residential area is more in with a large park in front of it. A large banyan tree that is more than 50 years old is right in front of it.

CONCINNITY

Contextual location with 4 different sides of the land in terms of views and privacy between them. Creating zoning in a simple residential function program but more outdoor space must be included in the form of openings and terraces in several zones. Starting from the basic shape of a cube box that is ‘broken’ into several parts according to the space program. This breakdown varies from small, medium and large outdoor spaces, both horizontally and inserted from the leveling game between floors.
