The Ebony 1 house is situated on a site where environmental support is incredibly abundant, giving many additional benefits including a full view of picturesque landscapes. With an empty field situated on the west side and a lake at the southern point next to it, the Ebony 1 house has to accommodate its surroundings in order to become a balanced product of architecture design. This prompted its design development to utilize its architectural advantages to enhance the soul that was ultimately given by nature itself.
With spatial experiences set out to be the cornerstone of Ebony 1 house’s overall design, the need to cater both natural spaces and making it the soul of the house has led the composition to take place accordingly. The overall house has two masses, one facing the open field on the west and the other mass facing the south of Ebony’s site as a response to the existing lake. Each of the masses serve its own individual purposes as the basis for the occupants to experience architecture. The first one serves as the living areas, providing all the amenities needed for daily living and social activities. The other mass serves as a more focused and personal space as it aims to nestle the occupants of Ebony 1 house and further highlights the more humanist side of each individual that resides in the space.
The final product of Ebony 1 house takes the form of several ground elevation to create a more inclusive relationship between the main establishment and the environment. As the residence is set at into a higher level, it provides the ultimate feel of its surrounding undeniable beauty, making the Ebony 1 a worthy home of luxury, an architecture design existing in tandem with the environment.
